Diamond Plus (for homes 3 years old and newer) $184.99 per month $350.00 inspection fee

Inspection includes and is not limited to the following:

Visually inspect Meter Socket and terminals
Visually inspect Circuit Breaker Panel and terminals
Visually inspect devices (receptacles, switches, smoke detectors)
Type report on initial findings of inspections and make recommendations on visual findings

Maintenance Package includes:

Exercise Main Breaker 1X per year per manufacturer recommendation
Torque all terminals per manufacturer specifications 1X per year
Torque all Circuit Breaker terminals per manufacturer recommendations 1X per year
Change Batteries in Smoke Detectors (up to 8 devices per visit) 2X per year per manufacturer specifications additional smoke detectors are $15.00 per device
Test Receptacles in residence with UL approved tester (up to 20 devices) 2X per year additional devices tested will cost $10.00 per device replace if necessary at cost
Visually inspect and test all switches in residence 2X per year replace if necessary at cost
Test any and all arc fault circuit breakers at manufacturers specifications 4X per year and replace if necessary at cost
Test any and all GFCI receptacles 4X per year at manufacturers specifications and replace if necessary at cost

Test Arc Fault Circuit Breakers to manufacturer specifications 4X per year
Exercise Circuit Breakers to manufacturer specifications 1X per year
Test Receptacles with UL listed tester up to 20 devices 1X per year (additional devices tested will cost $10.00 per device) replace if necessary at cost
Test GFCI Receptacles per manufacturers specifications 4X per year replace if necessary at cost
Replace Smoke Detector batteries 2X per year at manufacturer specifications (up to 8 devices, additional devices are $15.00 per device for battery replacement)
Visually inspect and check function of all switches in the residence replace if necessary at cost
